Through the efforts of Mr. Westfall and his administration, the Department of Justice Services was able to create a Direct Supervision facility that provides a safe and secure environment for correctional staff to perform a difficult and demanding job.
The Justice Center is a reflection of Buzz Westfall's commitment to law enforcement and the protection of the community he loved.
