Surety and/or secured bonds are currently not accepted at the Overland Missouri City Police Jail.
All bonds are "Cash Only" until further notice.
When they are, the bond must be written at 3 times the stated bond amount. That is, any bail bondsman must post a $900.00 bond for a $300.00 bond, a $750.00 bond for a $250.00 bond, etc. and must charge accordingly. This is their rule and applies to all bail bondsmen. There are no time restrictions and bonds may be posted at any time.
Pending further notice all bail bonds posted at the City of Overland Police Department are "Cash Only" bonds.
